Good design will result in a gym space that supports the family's exercise program and at the same time matches the aesthetics of the gym's space.
Kitchen Remodels
The kitchen is the center of the home; the place where families gather, friends congregate, and visitors are received. Over time kitchens can get out of step with their purpose - a family grows, new appliances become available with "must-have" features, storage becomes a problem, overhead and under-counter lighting is an issue, the layout does not work anymore, and design details are dated.
Our designers offer free consultations to help you find the look and feel for your new kitchen while maximizing space and utility. Our team has a common quality commitment standard and is attentive to the smallest details. We put our reputation into every project.
The Evergreen dream Kitchen starts at the floor and stops at the ceiling.
Attractive, serviceable floors, cabinets that maximize storage and improve functionality, standout backsplashes with generous outlets, all new high-end appliances, well-placed lighting under cabinets and overhead.
Select the color palette and the dream becomes a reality.
Bathroom Remodels
At some point, almost every bathroom needs a make-over. The builder quality fixtures are tired, surfaces, and noticeably dated, as are colors.
Lighting is often an issue. Applying make-up in poor lighting can be frustrating, especially if it is an every-day event. We will transform your bathroom from an HGTV "before" shot to an "after" showcase for your home.
We've won numerous awards and have creative designers in our network. Our full luxury makeovers include creative space reconfiguration, tub-to-shower conversions, floor to ceiling marble, and seamless glass doors.
An Evergreen Bath upgrade can be as simple as replacing a tub with a tiled shower and seamless glass enclosure, or as important as a key part of a whole house ASA review to support an age-in-place decision.
Sometimes small things such as changing out plumbing fixtures, updating lighting, and adding a temperature LED rain shower can result in great improvement at modest cost.
1970's Renovation
This was your typical 1970’s house with the first floor having individual rooms paneling everywhere: living room, dining room, kitchen. We were able to remove the wall between the kitchen and dining room and also opened up the staircase to give it an open feel.
We reconfigured the whole kitchen, moving gas appliances and providing a custom vent. We provided cabinets, luxury vinyl flooring, design services, and upgraded LED lighting, along with beautiful quartz countertops.
Bathroom Remodel Era 1960's
This was another Bathroom remodeling in a house from the 1960's.
We did the following:
- We tiled the whole bathroom using large composition porcelain tiles.
- We used a wood looking Porcelain tile, with a modern shower panel that emits a soft blue light.
- We added a wifi integrated speaker, that also has a LED night light.
- We added the medicine cabinet, that also has a LED light, and GFCI outlet inside the cabinet.
We used large composition tiles, two different colors to give it a modern feel, again using a shower tower, all the design was done by us and chosen products
