I'd resisted writing a review, but today was the last straw. I had Evergreen perform some basics drywall repair and replacement of lighting fixtures in the house. There were a few red flags (showing up the wrong day for the initial appointment, ranting about a customer that kept texting, scheduling the work without checking with me first) at the beginning, but I chose to hope for the best as Dave was personable and seemed knowledgeable. I was able to schedule the work for a day when other contractors were here but they were working in a different area. The first day was a disaster - their van broke down, and the crew barely did any work. I was so disappointed in the work that I reached out to cease the job, but Dave wouldn't take no for an answer. The crew returned and finished the work, but today I discovered that the electrical connections were not done properly putting my family at risk. I've learned my lesson in hiring general contractors who say they can do everything. I hired this company based on the glowing ratings and it saddens me to write this. But in the time I've had this house I've only had two contractors that fell short, sadly Evergreen did. I'm sure there will be some length retort to this, but the fact that he never came to check on the work or followed up afterwards tells me all I need to know.

I’m surprised to even see this review. We were scheduled to only do drywall repairs not even paint was involved and replace a few ceiling lights, but when we arrived there wasn’t parking. She is correct, we did have a van breakdown and we lost a lot of time, but when she had a contractor replacing the foyer entryway stair railings and had us replace a ceiling light in the same area, I didn’t complain, I figured she didn’t realize the complexity of other trades working on top of each other and I thought we were good, it was a handyman services. if she told me she had any other issues we would have went back and that is what were are known for; in almost 20 years of being in business. 
I hired Evergreen based on a high recommendation from a real estate broker in the DC area as i needed a gym floor installed in a newly purchased and renovated home. It was a relatively small job but the level of service and professionalism was incredibly high in all respects. They went beyond what was asked (at no price increase) including driving much further to obtain the materials that i had pre purchased as that supplier had shipped the flooring to a further away location by mistake. From communicating to me about the next steps to pricing to actual installation they were 5 stars! Their professionalism , responsiveness and trustworthiness was incredible. I couldnt more highly recommend them for any type of project.

David and his install team did a phenomenal job on remodeling our small kitchen, making it much more functional and beautiful before our family arrived for the holidays. They had great attention to detail and allowed us to give feedback and request small modifications, as the project was ongoing.They even went outside the scope of our contract (no cost to us), fixing a leak coming from the vent, replacing a damaged section of the subflooring/sealing the water intrusion, supplying a dishwasher kit, and attaching a small island to the floor (along with the butcher block on top of it). We were on a tight budget, but David and his team went above and beyond to accommodate.Please note, we did choose to get our own licensed plumber for the kitchen sink/dishwasher plumbing. David’s install team (not licensed plumbers) did the initial install to get it functional, but we noticed a couple minor issues that we happily paid out of pocket to get fixed. Overall, we saved thousands by going with Evergreen (versus the 3-4 other contractors we spoke with). Highly recommended!

We love working for our military family being a son of a disabled veteran; I appreciate their commitment to this country. Remodeling fifty year old houses always has surprises; we work hard to ensure a great outcome and strive to provide stellar customer service. We used our designers and suppliers for the cabinets, countertops. 
I had a great experience working with David and his team. From the initial meeting to the end of the project, David showed enthusiasm and patience, as I worked through budget and design. He helped me select the right materials and guided me through what was needed and optional for the project, to make sure that I did not spend on unnecessary things. He also guided me through my application for permit, as it was my first time doing it, and was basically on call the entire time for any questions, not matter how basic it was. David made sure that the project was within budget, that the result was exactly how I wanted it to be, and even followed up with the result after the project was finished. I will definitely hire him again for future projects!

They did a great job on repairs. Black mold and rotted wood was taken care of and it looks like new. I asked them to come back for some work on my deck and they walked me through a few possible fixes and quotes, and then followed through in less than a week.

I appreciate my clients spending the time to write a review, we remodeled two bathrooms total remodels including new bathtub and fixtures, in the shower master we renovated the shower, we actually went shopping with the clients to help facilitate the project, we also replace the whole upper floor providing and using Coretec luxury vinyl flooring, we also suggested and installed a barn door in the master to give more room in the bathroom, we also installed exhaust fans that were never installed, we provided nice fans, the new one are coming with LED night lights integrated WiFi speakers. We love modernizing bathroom and can recommend some of the nicest touches to a bathroom remodel. Call today!

I appreciate my clients review, we try and take the guess work out of the process, by giving material list using great quality materials, many of our vendors; outside of giving great service also offers good discounts. 
Truly cares about any client, potential or not. I called to hire a contractor to submit permits on my construction, and luckily was informed that I may be wasting my money because of changes within the city. Great customer service and care for his clients.
